At Shree Gems & Jewel, returns and refunds are simple and hassle-free!
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. You can request a refund within 14 days post-delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Important: You must email us at shreegemsjewel@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp: +917383117431 to initiate a return for a refund within 21 days post-delivery.
Please note: Customized or personalized orders, including items with engravings, cannot be returned or exchanged as they are specially made to order for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging along with all accompanying documents.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 1-2 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank—there is often some processing time.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at shreegemsjewel@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp: +917383117431. We will provide the return shipping address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over $200, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
